Privacy Policy

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's internet provider domain name, but not the visitor's identity.

We collect only visitor's internet provider domain name, the type of browser used to access this site, information on what pages visitors access, and information volunteered by the registered students and members, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used only to improve the content of our Web pages and used to notify students and members about updates to our Web site. 

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you you requested. 

Why do we ask registered students  to provide their mailing address?
First, we need to verify that a new registered student is a real person. Second, upon completion of a study course the registered student will receive a Certificate of Completion in the postal mail. Your name and address will not be shared with any outside organization. The information is used solely for the purpose of the registered student's membership benefits. Your name, address and email shall never be sold for resale to commercial mailing lists. 

Chat Rooms and Public Forums
We have no control over the information you make public through the public TSM Academy forum and Chat line directories, but allow users to control what information is viewable to the public. 

Personal Privacy
Your name, address, and all other personal information shall be completely removed from our list upon your request. 

We may partner with third-party organizations to provide member benefits, but members shall be given the option to opt-in and opt-out of lists. 

We do not allow user information entered through private forms such as registration, feedback, and private email contact to be viewed publicly through any directories. All on-line forms are protected in private directories and are accessible only to TSM Academy Administration and staff members.

Visitor friendly Web Site
This Web Site does not allow Spam email, intrusive advertising banners or pop-up ads. Pop-up windows only occur by invitation of a visitor when a link is mouse-clicked to obtain information. Links to third party Web Sites that contain pop-up windows and/or intrusive, inappropriate, or annoying ads will not be tolerated. Whenever such links are discovered to exist on this Web Site they are immediately removed.

TSM Academy Web Pages are protected against inappropriate language. We reserve the right to block terms, phrases, language and all content that we determine to be harmful or inappropriate. We further reserve the right to deny access to users who repeatedly demonstrate abusive behavior. The decision to block access to individual users is the sole discretion of TSM Academy, Trinity Seminar Ministry, and The Shea Ministries, Inc.
