Terms of Service

We require that all those who take part in TSM Academy, instructors and students, accept the following terms and conditions: 

Each student's and/or instructor's lessons, assignments, work, and correspondence is copyrighted property of the respective authors and cannot be copied, duplicated, posted on another web site, or otherwise used without the original author's consent. Conversations, posted messages, and information contained on this site are private and cannot be copied, duplicated, forwarded, or conveyed to anyone else without the original author's permission. By enrolling in an online course, you indicate that you accept these terms.
 

Active Student Status

While the progress rate of studies is determined by the student's needs, a lesson assignment must be completed and submitted to the instructor no later that 30 days from the date that the lesson was first presented or made available to the student. If a student does not either submit the required assignment or contact her or his instructor within the 30 day period, the student's account will be automatically placed in an "inactive status," whereupon access to the study pages will be closed. A student account with inactive status can only be re-opened when the student makes email contact with either the course instructor or the TSM Academy Registrar.

If a student account remains in inactive status for 30 days (a total of 60 days inactivity) the student's account will be dropped. The registration fee for a dropped account is non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances (see Refund Policy below).
 

Refund Policy for TSM Academy Courses

Course fees are only refundable, creditable, or transferable during the first two weeks from the date of registration, and only for extenuating circumstances. A processing fee of five dollars ($5.00 USD) will be charged for each refund request. If you have any questions please contact us.

By enrolling in an online course, you indicate that you accept all of the above terms.
